Luminesce Cellular Rejuvenating Serum

11 Jun

Luminesce is relatively new to the Australian market, having been introduced late last year. I was excited to try out one of the products from the range – the Cellular Rejuvenating Serum.

Luminesce Cellular Rejuvenating Serum

This Luminesce serum activates dermal cells to stimulate the body’s natural processes to produce more collagen, elastin and other goodies to keep your skin healthy and firm while minimising the signs of ageing.

The key to this product is the use of ingredients derived from adult stem cells. Now i’m horrible at explaining how this works but if you’re interested you can watch this quick video which explains how the stem cells help the skin, and how they are extracted and made into this serum!

The texture of the serum is like a thin gel, it glides over the skin making it feel lovely and moisturised. I’ve been using this for the past few weeks and my skin does look and feel firmer and brighter already! And while i’m still young and don’t have to worry too much about the signs of ageing quite yet, it is never too early to start preventing the signs!

Make Up Store Aqua Cooling Powder

8 Jun

One of my latest loves is this Aqua Cooling Powder from Make Up Store. It is a super innovative product, with the appearance of loose powder it feels nothing like it when applied to the skin!

Make Up Store Aqua Cooling Powder

It is made of concentrated glacier water and feels wet when applied to the skin. It is perfect to use as a primer, giving skin a cool and moisturized feel and creating a great base for makeup. You can also use it on top of makeup during the day to freshen up the skin. The packaging is great, and it is less messy than other loose powders I have used, it also comes with a really good quality brush.

Make Up Store Aqua Cooling Powder

This is the product completely unblended to give an idea of just how unique this formula is. It appears grainy and almost sand like in consistency but it is silky smooth and cooling – I’d highly recommend if your near a Make Up Store shop that you try this out because it really is quite unique!

Make Up Store Aqua Cooling Powder Retails at $48
