Suigo Hair Spa Treatment Review

The Suigo Hair Spa encourages healthy, beautiful hair by focussing on the scalp. A unique and truly indulgent experience based on natural ingredients help strengthen and nourish hair. When I was finished with my hair spa treatment I was ready to jump straight into a shampoo commercial! I headed over to Toni Curtis Salon in Cremorne to try out this amazing treatment.

Suigo Rose Hair Spa

There are a number of steps in the Suigo Hair Spa treatment. Firstly, your hairdresser analyses the scalp to determine which range of products is suitable. Toni looked at my scalp which has been on the dry side and chose the Rose Energy Hair Spa to hydrate and repair.

My hair was given a thorough shampoo and then the rose recuperation lotion was applied with a lengthy scalp massage to work it in. Once this is done, the lotion is rinsed out with another shampoo and the Rose Energy Hair treatment is applied.

Sitting back in front of the mirror, hair is pinned up and an ultrasonic spray steam applies heat to the treatment to help it absorb – which is where this funny looking device comes in!

Suigo Hair Spa

While this is happening, you are treated to a relaxing aromatherapy neck massage (heaven!) using rose essential oils.

After the treatment has had time to do it’s thing, it’s washed off and hair is blow dried and styled to your preference with just the Rose Smooth Flowers Spray used so you can feel how light and amazing your hair feels! I went back to work after i’d had this done and received so many comments on my hair! It felt light and continued feeling like this for quite some time, you can also purchase shampoo and conditioners from the range to keep the hair and scalp healthy. For best results, about 4 treatments are recommended and after the change in my hair I felt after just one i’m looking forward to going back again!

While I had the Rose treatment, there is also Lavender and Tea Tree variations.

Suigo Hair Spa
The Suigo hair treatment retails at around $55 (varies between salons). Have a look at the Suigo website for salon’s near you that offer this treatment.

This treatment was provided to me for the purpose of this review, all opinions are 100% honest and I highly recommend this treatment!

Treat your hair (and yourself!) with Suigo

The latest products that I’ve been trialling in search of perfect tresses is the Suigo Intensive Hair Repair Treatment & Ultimate Control Shampoo and Conditioner.

Suigo

A relatively new brand to Australian shores – Suigo is a leading Asian brand with a basis in natural derived ingredients.

Suigo Ultimate Control Shampoo

The Ultimate Shampoo & Conditioner (RRP $22.50 for 260ml) contain keratin as well as orchid extract and are perfect for nourishing weak hair back to health. The conditioner creates a protective barrier to retain moisture while it reduces frizziness. Best left in for 3-5 minutes, it does still leave hair feeling silky smooth if applied more briefly.

I used the Shampoo & Conditioner for a few weeks and have noticed my poor old hair returning to health, the amount of stress I put it through it deserved a bit of TLC. But as much as I loved the Shampoo & Conditioner, the Vital Nutrition Intensive Hair Repair Treatment is the product to beat.

Suigo Treatment

The Vital Nutrition Treatment (RRP $39.95 500ml) contains Organic Brazilian Palm Oil & Natural Avocado your hair will feel healthier than ever before – a testament to this is the fact that I made at least 4 people touch my hair because I was amazed how soft and shiny it was!

Apply to towel dry hair after shampooing, massage through and leave on for 20-30 minutes. The best result comes if you can heat the hair for this time, however I you still get a brilliant result without heat. Heat helps the product penetrate further into the hair, so if you are applying at home take advantage of the steam in the shower by placing a shower cap on and use that heat to help the treatment absorb even better.

Team your hair mask with a face mask for an even more relaxing treat!
